I know that stuck feeling

For a long time, it showed up in two very different ways:

In my personal life, the stuckness was impossible to ignore.
I wanted marriage and kids more than anything. I tried to “do it right.” I worked on myself. I waited. I hoped.
And still—nothing changed.

By my late thirties, I was grieving a life I thought I was supposed to have by now.


I felt powerless. Angry. Ashamed.
Like this part of my life was happening to me—and there was nothing I could do about it.

In my career, it looked totally different… but it felt the same.
I had success. Real success. Breakthroughs. Momentum on paper.  I got the 6-figure book deal. I hosted the top 100 on iTunes podcast. I spoke on stages, sold the online courses, bought the investment properties. 

 I made it happen. But the pace was unsustainable. I was EXHAUSTED, and my body paid the price of it from: panic attacks to depression to insomnia to autoimmune and health issues. 

And yet—I was exhausted. Burned out. Running on adrenaline and willpower.

Quietly wondering if the next level was even possible without completely wrecking myself.

So I did something that terrified me. I stopped.

I pulled the emergency brake on my life.

I created space—real space—to recover, to feel, and to reimagine what my life could actually look like… not what I thought it should look like.

And then I hired a coach who didn’t let me off the hook.

She called me out—hard—on the beliefs I was clinging to.
On the victim mindset I didn’t want to admit I was in.
On how I was unconsciously recreating the same cycles of burnout, self-abandonment, and stuckness—over and over again.

Hi, I’m Kat.

I don’t just teach this because I lived it. I also bring years of training and expertise.

I’m a Certified Executive Coach with Novus Global, a coaching firm trusted by leaders at Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, + top entrepreneurs.

My coaching approach is four-fold: nervous system regulation, vision, mindset, and strategy. I help clients create a vision worth fighting for, then reverse engineer it into actionable, measurable results.

Before launching my coaching practice, I founded The Refined Woman, a platform that supported and coached thousands of women around the world through masterminds, events, and digital content.

I also spent over 15 years building a thriving photography business, collaborating with global brands like Google, Carolina Herrera, SoulCycle, and Tory Burch.
